Product return window
You have 30 days from delivery to return the product. To return goods, contact us via the email address info@svetla-living.com. To return a product, it must be completely unused and untested, in its original packaging, and have all original labels. The return period is limited - no product purchased more than 30 days ago can be returned.

As soon as we receive the goods you return, we will inspect them. If everything is in order, you can count on us to act very quickly and refund your money using the original payment method. You are responsible for the return shipping costs.

We can help if you receive something damaged or the wrong item. Just write to us at info@svetla-living.com and include a photo of what happened. We’ll sort it out for you and either send you the correct item or let you choose another one.
