Important shipping information

- Shipping costs: Free express shipping throughout the Czech Republic, Poland, France, and the United Kingdom.

- Processing time: 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday) for quality control

- Estimated delivery time: 7–10 business days (Monday to Friday) after processing

Shipping details

We currently ship only within the Czech Republic, Poland, France, and the United Kingdom. Each order is sent via express shipping, ensuring a fast, secure, and fully insured delivery process. From the moment the order is placed until it is delivered to your home, delivery usually takes 8 to 13 business days.

Damaged or incorrect orders

We apologize if you receive a damaged or incorrect product. If this happens, please take clear photos of the issue and contact us as soon as possible.

To report a problem, write to us at info@svetla-living.com and specify:

• Your order number

• Details of the issue

• Photos of damaged or incorrect items

We will quickly find a suitable solution for you.

Order cancellation

If you wish to cancel your order, please write to us as soon as possible. If your order has not yet been processed and it has been less than 24 hours since the order was placed, we can cancel it for you.

Delayed orders

During periods of high demand (e.g., holidays), delivery may be delayed. If your order has not arrived within three business days beyond the estimated time, please contact our customer support team for assistance.

Order processing and cutoff

• Orders placed before 17:00 (GMT+1) on business days (Monday to Friday) will be processed the same day.

• Orders placed after this time, on weekends, or on public holidays will be processed the next business day.
