Refund Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from receiving your shipment to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as you received it — unused, with tags, and in the original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note that returned goods must be sent to the following address: the return address will be provided once you contact our customer support.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a label for return shipping and instructions on how and where to send the package. Items sent back without a prior return request will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please check your order immediately upon delivery and contact us within 48 hours of delivery if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product, so we can assess and resolve the issue. If the item was damaged during shipping, we will cover the costs.

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items

We cannot accept returns on custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). If you have questions or concerns about a specific item, please contact us.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and once the return is accepted, place a new separate order for the desired item.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned shipment, we will notify you whether the refund was approved. If approved, your money will be automatically refunded to the original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for paying the shipping costs when returning any item. We do not provide prepaid return labels. Any shipping costs incurred will not be reimbursed.
